Poor Customer Service

Paparazzi Pizza & Pasta 2310 Highway 77, Publix Shopping Center Lynn Haven, FL 32444 US Well...I cannot comment on the food because I was not able to place an order. I called to order for carry out, and after 3 attempts, the phone was answered. I was put on hold. After approx. 3 min. on hold, the phone was hung up. No one even bothered to see who was on hold or why. It was not a matter of being disconnected either, because the phone was sitting off the hook, as I could hear everything going on around the phone. I could hear the phone being picked up and then hung up. In their first week of being open, that is not a good customer service practice. I predict this restaurant will not stay in business long. As much as I would like to try their food, I really do not think I care to now. I understand that they were probably very busy, but that is no excuse for hanging up on someone. Other restaurants can handle phone as well as internet orders, so whats up with Paparazzi?
