Lowes

I posted a complaint yesterday against Lowes and their vender Price Pfister which is owned by Black and Decker. I had generated a Claim # with both Lowes and Price Pfister regarding my damage claim. Neither one sounded very hopeful . Today. much to my surprise and delight, Black and Decker called me from their home office in Baltimore and said they would issue a check for my damages. I don't know what prompted this; the claims or the posting but I want to say that Black and Decker stood behind their product. I will buy from them in the future.
