Fraudulant deductions by Zynga, Yoville

This is Ali Shahid Amin complaining of unauthorised deductions from my father's

master card account.from April onwards. His name is DR SHAHID AMIN.

His Gold Master Card is issued by Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

Repeat Request / E mail:

We sent a complete set of scanned bank statements within 120 hrs of the Zynga's

hopeless customer complaint jig saw puzzle site , and got a reply / acknowledgement

E mail that Zynga will refund the unauthorised deuctions. Then another E mail was sent ,

saying we didn't reply within 120 hrs so they marked this case as resolved and they are

sorry for it and we should go to the same Zynga, Jig saw puzle site and lodge the

complaint again. Your staff has the scanned statements of previous fraudulent deductions.

Further nonsense, multiple deductions of US $ 50.00 were done again on 13/07/2009

again by Zynga from our Gold Master card account. The staff at Zynga, did nothing to

stop further deductions from our account. Whoever did the deductions can be easily

traced. This shows that fraudulent collections from customer's credit cards is an officially

allowed and practised policy and source of income of ZYNGA ( For us, ZYNGA IS A SYMBOL OF FRAUD, as we have informed our E mail contacts with proof). WHEN WE HAVE COMPLAINED AND GIVEN PROOF, WHY DID THE ZYNGA STAFF NOT CONTACT US TO UNDO THE FRAUD.

CAN YOU PLEASE ARRANGE A RESPONSIBLE STAFF MEMBER TO CONTACT US AND RESOLVE THE MATTER AND NOT CONTINUE DOING FRAUDULANT DEDUCTIONS FROM OUR CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT.

and not a jigsaw puzzle site which puts us back to square one each time.

This has also happended to me, how did you stop the charging to the credit card?
