Grandview, MO/Leavenworth, KS, US http://abappliancerepairs.com/ Repairman came to house on 07/17/09. Assured me part would be in and appliance fixed by 07/22/09. After mutiple calls and request for money returned, have not heard from him. Found on Craig's list. Justin Gandy is the repair man!! He totally ripped me off and took advantage of my family. He stole 200 dollars from me and left me with a broken washing machine. He also changed his phone number.
