Repairman came to house on 07/17/09. Assured me part would be in and appliance fixed by 07/22/09. After mutiple calls and request for money returned, have not heard from him. Found on Craig's list.

Oh yeah might not hurt you to go to servicemagic.com and put in a service request for a appliance repair and he will call you and come to your house. He is running under Arrowhead Appliance so make sure you request that company and you fill in that you need a repair. He will be glad to hear from you and take your money again.

Same thing happened to me! Justin Gandy is the repair man!! He totally ripped me off and took advantage of my family. He stole 200 dollars from me and left me with a broken washing machine. He also changed his phone number.
