Worse PDA ever! I have had it over 2 years and I can't use the bluetooth & networking feature because I can't figure it out and neither could their chat support, this was within the first year. Then I try to use the versamail feature in year 2, again its not working for me and chat support can't help me. This last one sent me over the edge and I finally had to find a public forum. I haven't been able to calibrate my screen for over 6 months. Support says do a hard reset, I do and I can't get pass the calibration screen. So, now i can't even use the thing. Then I google it (which is how i find my answers for most techy things). A person has his experience online and he says his kid figured it out by tapping outside the bullseye. Sure enough it worked meaning it got me out of that screen. Now, it won't even recognize that I am touching the screen. I am soft resetting as I type.

In the past, I have used HP and Viewsonic, I suggest the rest of you avoid Palm!
