TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN;


As the first time, You had no intention to reply, therefore no reply

either this time; it clearly shows that you do not take business

seriously, and definitely are trying to push as much merchandise as

possible to potential customers as me, without any ethics or respect to

the public, OR CONSUMERS; therefore I'm copying this new communication

with copies of the prior ones to some departments that may help the rest

of the public not to get tricked by your company as I have been.


I hope that this message reaches the proper persons that can help avoid

this type of "Negotiations" to continue as usual in the Internet.


I'm beginning by copying some of the organizations I will be complaining

about your practices, to see that no one will be affected by this wrong

doings in the future, and hoping that some regulations can be established

to avoid this type of practices in the future.









Dear Sirs./ Madam;


Today I have called your Customer Service because I have seen that my

credit Card has been charged with $83.95 for a product I did not

requested, and that also I have notified you right the same day I

received it to the Email address listed on the documentation received

requesting for you to inform what did I have to do to return the product (

which is still in its original bottle unused), to avoid charges .


Today when I called the number listed on the web site shown in my credit

card charges I realized that both the Web and the phone number were

different from the one you sent me with the product you are trying to PUSH

on me. I wonder if this is legal to mislead the customer while trying to

push a product giving them wrong information so the customer can not

refuse this push. The reply I received today when I spoke with the

customer service person was that I had to call this (((LAST NUMBER))) to

proceed to cancellation; I wonder why not to the one listed on the initial

transaction as shown here:


Initial Transaction documentation received (This one triggered my Email

never replied to me).






ACTUAL DOCUMENTATION RECEIVED ON CREDIT CARD CHARGES!!!!




I hope that we can somehow reverse this charges, and you tell me how to

return the product, otherwise the next Email will go to the BBB and

Consumer Protection division, with copy of this COMPLETE EMAIL actual and

past together, and I may pursue reparation of this situation by

arbitration, and even make it public.


I hope that this time you will have the courtesy of a reply or at the end

of the day I will begin the forwarding of all this communication to the

proper organizations requesting help in this issue.
