Credit Repair Fraud

This company and it's owner are supposed to help repair credit. Instead, we've gotten nothing but headaches and a loss of thousands for our troubles. He has refused to respond to emails, phone calls and text messages. He finally got in touch with our realtor and loan officer and agreed to give us a full refund, but then he didn't show up to the meeting time and place. I was forced to threaten legal action and only then did he respond with a very angry text stating he would only refund a portion since we were going to threaten him with legal action. Now we are out of a lot of money and still trying to repair our credit. He does not live up to his contract or promises. We were told we had to pay upfront and later found out it was not legal for him to require that. He stated it would take 6 weeks for the process to be completed, but when the 6 weeks were up,nothing was updated and he told us "I don't know" when asked how much longer. Once the problem got out of hand, he refused to respond to any form of contact. We are proceeding with legal action. We have also filed complaints with the BBB and FTC. CONSUMER BEWARE!!!!!
