Telecom 7241 Florey St., CA 92122 US We switched to Time Warner from AT&T for Telephone service. The TW system crashed 4 times in July 2009. It currently is inoperative. We missed medical calls,service calls and our alarm system is inoperable without a land line. We are going back to AT&T.
