Brought PC for free checkup. No sound freezing up. Advise MALWARE problem, Ok to fix, Same problem athome, called store told signed workorder cannot help.

Called customer service, received call from office manager, technicion advised

everything working NOT GETTING MONEY BBACK. Didn't want money back just a pc

problem fix. No courtesy to bring in pc will check. Should have realized one other pc being service on saturday. Youget what you pay for. PAY extra money and go to reliable store like BestBuy. You get what you pay for.
