NEW YORK CITY TAXES

HI i am having a problem with my mortgage.

the bank indmac bank was supposed to pay my taxes to the city of newyork.

For the past three years the taxes have not been paid. the bank said they

paid and took the money but sent it to someone elses property. Now the city

wants the money plus interest but the bank refuses to help in this matter. can

you help me
