Kelly & Associates Insurance Group

I just want to complain about how rude, disrespectful, and unhelpful Kelly & Associates Insurance group’s customer service is! I have dealt with many different companies customer service departments, and this is hands down the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I have spoken with 3 different individuals at Kelly & Associates and each one of them treated me with disrespect. Every representative was very short and had extremely negative attitudes toward me. It's as if they are trained to treat their customers this way! I have since canceled my service with Kelly & Associates Insurance Group. I advise that no one use this company for your insurance needs!!
