Ilegal draft by Time Insurance Company

This insurance company is rediculous. They increased premiums,and withouth any type of authorization or confirmation that i want to renew my health insurance went ahead and debit my bank account for new premium. When i spoke with rep I told them that they cant debit somebodys account withouth their consent on new contract , and basicaly they response is: " Well we send you a renewal notice". I told them how you gona debit and renew somebodys account withouth them signing new agreement. And basicaly their response is well we dont need signatures. I personaly think thats is illegal. No type of legal contract is effective withouth customers signature on new aggreement. Any business should know that. You cant say that any lease or aggreement is effective if person didnt sign off on it. Would you think the same?

I deffinitely wouldnt recomend this insurance to nobody. Personaly i dont even know why i had it anyways because they dont cover anything. I still was responsible for all my bills. I think their rate which is now $144 per months ir rediculous when they dont cover anything. Patient is still responsible for all doctors visits, and other bills such as if you stay in hospital and ect.

DEFFINITELY DO NOT GET IT. VERY VERY BAD BUSINESS.
