1995 Chevrolet Sonny Hancock 1978 S. New Hope rd. Gastonia, NC 28054 US sonnyhancock.com I bought a 1995 Chevrolet Caprice in December of 2006 with 74000 miles on it. The contract said that it cost 9995 plus interest as it was a buy here pay here. A year later it died on me and i had it towed in. The Car stayed in the shop for almost ten months. I continued to pay on it. Finally i got it back and after two months the transmission came out. The real problem. I asked the dealer to fix it because they have a shop. They would not. I stopped paying on it and they came and took my car. I had already payed 12000 dollars on this car. They sent me a letter saying that i owed 7000 dollars and that they would sell my car which at its age and condition is worthless and i would owe the difference. Do not under any circumstances buy a car from these people. Also why did they take it? They should have just let me and the over paid for junk alone. Then it dies and all they want is the money. They think the car still completely belongs to them. This is fraud. Plus they want three times what the car is worth in this bad economy in just interest. I have already paid three times what the car was worth when i bought it in principle and interest. It is my car and they came and took it because i won't pay triple for a dead car that was suppose to be paid for at the end of the year in just a few months. Maybe it does not make sense to you cause you are a dealer, republican or just plain greedy. This attitude is why this country is in the shape it is in. Not quite getting it, sorry. How is any of this the dealers fault? You don't state they defrauded you on the repairs but you imply it. You don't explain what was repaired the first time and if it was repaired by the dealer. Finally you purchased an old car with a notoriously failure prone transmision and wan't to blame the dealer. I still don't get it, sorry From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Tuesday, 28-Jul-09 11:18:26 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
