Atrocious Customer Service

I purchased an ADIDAS Shoe on a sale. The original cost of the shoe was Rs. 7498/- and I bought it for Rs. 4499/-.

When i wore the shoes in the show room I tried the size 11 and it was fitting me properly. I agreed to purchase that shoes and when shopkeeper packed it he packed the Size 10 by mistake. I did not notice it until I wore it after some 10 days of my purchase it was so tight for me.

So I took it to the showroom to get it changed with the right size they refused to change it because it was bought on a discount sale.

The Manager of that shop (His name is Chokkavel) was very very rude to me when I was trying to explain what happened. He even went to the extent of abusing me and said �I�m working in that shop for so long and you can�t do a shit to me�. This is the exact word he used.

The humiliation that I experienced in that shop was much infuriating than the product (Shoes) that I purchased. I was literally treated like a piece of crap. Very annoying. This is not the way a customer is supposed to be treated.

I just couldn�t spare that guy. I�m also in the verge of filing a case in the Consumer Court for the disgraces I experienced because of the product and the Manager Chokkavel.
