Very bad service ; a high end coffee maker (ad EUR 150) is defective after 3 years. The advise from the Philips Service Center is to throw away and buy new one; repair is not an option

Philips Gourmet HD 5410. Same model and same problem. Its defective after three years. We have had two problems but the last one is that the water does not boil anymore. Totally unacceptable for a high end coffee maker
