Money for a cancelled order not refunded

Hi,

I had bought a washer and dryer from

Home depot. Because of their failure to

get a machine to me on time, I cancelled

the order. I called home depot to cancel

this order, and today 5 weeks later, I

have had to call them again and they

have no trail of a cancellation. This

is ridicules in the time of computerized

records. This is deliberate.

So if you did a cancel make sure they

gave you the money. They don't always

do it.

Since the above complaint, I have heard from Home depot and I have received a refund of the amount due to me.
