ER SOLUTIONS

Okay so I started getting phone calls from this random number on my cell phone and so I would just ignore the call because I don't like answering the phone when I don't know who it is! Anyways, they kept calling and calling and I kept ignoring and ignoring, and the number would leave voice mails but it was just the sound of someone breathing, then it would hang up. So finally (after the 15th call) I called the number back, and it automatically went to a recording giving me all the ER SOLUTIONS information, but no way of getting a hold of anyone or the chance to talk to a real person! So I don't know how they expect people to talk to them when they wont let you call back to talk to them. I don't even know what ER SOLUTIONS is, just from what I have found out over the internet, so I guess now, I just have to sit around and wait for their phone call again!
