Rip off

i would like to complain about the service that i received from paypal through ge money

Credit cards. I have been a customer for over 2 years and like most americas i ended up being in and out of work for the last two years. I called my credit card companies and in formed the after my last job lay off to ask them if their was a plan that i could enroll in that i could pay each month to bring my account current that i could afford to pay out of my unemployment check.

well as time goes on i make my monthly payment each month as required. it took me until May of 2009 to find full time work. Because I was still waiting on my first check and still living off my unemployment check i was unable to make the June Payment.

Now in i recieve a phone call in June telling me that im 184 days past due and my account is currently with a third party agency.

I have recieved not one phone call from the company other than the one i received today.

they will not talk to me and now my credit is messed up because im thinking that the plan i was on was going to bring me current.

All I wanted to do was keep myself form going to collection agency while i was not working but i ended up being screwed by the company and all they say is sorry call this other other number.

I have been ripped off and messed over and they do not care. I have spoken to over fifteen people today who have done nothing but transferred me. I even asked for a supervisor and they have denied me a supervisor and then hung up on me.

They should treat people like this especially when i was making payments out of the money that i had.
