Poor service at Ross Dress For Less Store in Lynnwood, WA 98037

Dear Sir/ Madame:

Customer Relations

Dear Ross Store Lynnwood Manager:

My name is Trinh Hoang, I would like to report something to the management for there is a poor service, it was hurting to the customer in Ross Dress For Less Store in Lynnwood, WA 98037. On July 19, I purchased somethings included 3 paints, 2 bras and 2 painties (total is 7 items) at the Ross Dress For Less store, 18520 33RD Avenue West, Lynnwood, WA 98037. Phone: 425-771-0607. I paid $31.68 for them, as shown on the receipt. A clerk in the store, CHRISTOPER served me that day. I remembered, he opened the book to scan the bar code of the paint for the tag was not clear and he could not scan with it. After that, he checked for full 7 items before I leave. And then, because the 3 paints were not fix for me and my sister so I bring them to return. Today, on July 21st, at 04:15PM&#160I came to the store to return with receipt, a clerk in the store - Assistant Manager- CHANTAL served me today had the poor manner is making me upset when she said that I didn't pay

for the paint, I took 8 items instead 7, and then she took my paint back by herself,&#160said that could not refund .... This is a small amount but she hurts me, I told her I want to see the store manager but she said she is a manager. I didn't agree with her, she did something to irritate me. I felt bad and then after that, she brought my paint with receipt go to see her manager ( I don't know how many manager in the store?- She and another person?). 15 or 20 minutes later, she come back and she said that she credit for me in the voucher ....? All in all, she conveyed the impression that she doubted me to steal the paint, she took the paint back by herself without my permit, I don't understand who allow her can do that........... Her manner and her decisions during the service are also hurting me. I am considering a honour suit against her and would like to know what action you will take in the meantime. As a consumer, I think I have considerable power to

know your way to get this matter settled and change the way to service the customer in the best possible manner.

Please, I think the Ross store (Dress For Less) should and need to institute a mandatory employee training course in customer service. I regard the store as one of the best merchandise shops in town and would hate to see a rude employee hurt the business.

Thank you for your concern.

Trinh
