I had left a voicemail and an email on Friday and another voicemail today 7/20/09. I called again and asked to check on the status and was told to send an email and they'd get to it when they could. I explained that I had already sent an email and had not received a response and he said that would be the only way they could help me. I asked to speak to a manager and he said he was the owner. I told him this wasn't acceptable to me as I needed this ASAP. As a result, I needed to cancel my order. He REFUSED to cancel my order told me to send an email and hung up on me. Don't do business with this company. They are terribly unprofessional. A one man operation- I will never order from them again. She refused to accept the fact we had another caller on hold and that we would need to get back to her on the tracking status, after we check with UPS. This complaint is baseless, ridiculous and is merely a fabrication of lies by a customer who is attention hungry and cannot accept the fact that the world does not revolve around her. Our company has over 10 employees in the L.A as well as over 100 in china. We have tens of thousnds of happy customers and will be happy to provide references.
