Beware of un-professional attorneys and law firms. You will be better off representing yourself in a court of law. The attorney will bill you for services never rendered. Complaints were made to the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel and the Missouri The Better Business Bureau.

Despite numerous attempts to collect for legal fees already performed, client failed to pay fees per attorney-client agreement. Surprisingly, client did not understand why firm refused to handle additional representation one year later. Due to economical contraints, i.e. we have to pay OUR bills, we do not represent former clients in new matters who have not paid for previously provided services. (Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.) The BBB understood the reasoning on the first reply and the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel never saw cause to even contact the firm.
