In the course of trying to install Microsoft's Windows Live OneCare security service, with the help of their techs, my computer got so messed up that I can't use it. I need this computer to do my job and lose money every day that it is not working. I wasted at least 8 hours on the phone with their tech people.

Microsoft's Escalation team admitted that it was their fault and offfered to pay for someone to come and repair the computer. Someone called and said they would get in touch with the information on how they would reimburse me for repairs. I have not heard from them since; they do not return calls.

What do you suggest I do next?
