Thanks for your prompt response and surprise to note that why there is a big communication from your end? Regarding this I have been interacting with your customer care by name Anand, Antony & Raja and they have confirmed to extend the downtime of 25 days provided If i have plans to renew this account i.e., with the same package for 6 months they are ready to extend the day another 25 days. Now you are telling a different story.

Well I am not trying to find fault with you & your team. Let me making it very clear since it’s a fault from your side first of all you give me the confidence by way of provide the 25 days first and thus enable the net connectivity then definitely will renew the same. Otherwise would request you cancel and arrange to take away your equipment which has been installed in our premises.

Hope this clarifies.

Dear Customer Care

Regret to inform you that inspite of my repeated reminders to the same person Raja regarding the extended renewal which has been committed by him. Whenever I call him he is asking me to speak to one Mr. Anand first and now he is telling that I have to contact Mr. Antony. I really don’t know whom to be contacted to resolve this issue. Hope you are aware that last time I had this issue for more than 25 days which I have expressed to your people that I have not literally used the internet during that time for which only he has given a commitment of extending the time well before the time of renewal which has not happen till today.

Now the internet got cut for which I have been following up with Raja from 10th onwards but all in vain. More than that I really got annoyed today morning because I have called his number and asked him that am I speaking to Raja the answer is no first then he is asking about my address which is very bad. Then he is telling that he has already spoke to Antony for the needful, hence I have been asked to get in touch with him. Needs your intervention for closing this issue asap.

Regarding this I think I have made enough attempts to get your help for a permanent closure, but fyi till now it’s all in vain. Week ago somebody ( I think his name is Anand )has called and conveyed that they have rectified the issue at their end and he was trying to say that my system has to be checked for the same. Then I have asked him to help on this and for that without seeing the system he has told that it will be on a chargeable basis. Then I have requested him to confirm the same by mail. But for your kind information till now he has not either called me or confirmed the same by email or any way of communication.

Regret to inform you that inspite of my repeated reminders nothing has happened. Needs your intervention for a permanent closure. Hope you will understand the seriousness and raise up to the occasion. A line of confirmation is highly appreciated.

Dear Customer Care

Fyi for the past 20 days ( approx ) the net got disconnected, since I was also out of station I was not very keen on bringing to your attention. Would request you look into this for the needful asap. FYI I think this is the third time I am coming across this kind of issue. Hope you will try to do something for a permanent closure, since my account is a six month package. And more over when its coming for expiry without any intimation you are disconnecting the net. Even though my usage is limited, I think when you need it if its not meeting the purpose then it’s a waste. Hope you will do something during my next time renewal. To the best of my knowledge I think there is some technical issue pertaining to the modem which you have installed in our premises. Kindly arrange to enable the net connectivity asap and confirm.
