pool complaint

This company said they stand behind thier product well they LIE! We have a new pool that has a few issues ,In which we got taken for 30,000 and non working equipment, and we are being ignored, I got told that why should she help me if I am going to file a complaint? Wrong way to treat a upset client.I,because they packed up a left sw florida right after my pool construction. We were promised a colored pool light , which does not work, we have grout cracking and other issues as well.
