Wells Fargo Fees out of control

These fees with Wells Fargo have to be addressed. To start off, I do most of my bank related stuff online, through Wells Fargo. I had $123 or so left in overdraft protection (line of credit) and was about $50 short for bills, which I thought overdraft protection would cover. So I transferred the money thinking nothing else of it as the transfer went through without any problem. Then mysteriously two days later the transfer was reversed and I was dinged for $105 in overdrawn fees (3 transactions at #35 a pop) when I called them about it they told me that I had missed the previous payment for line of credit and that they had frozen that account. If that was true, why was I allowed to transfer money from a "frozen" account only to have it yanked back? I tried to get them to reverse the fees and they said they had done the limit for me this year and they couldn't do it again. Because I'm living paycheck to paycheck, it has taken me close to 1 1/2 months to get everything back in the positive. Wells Fargo has not been helpful in this respect. They charged me $39 (twice) for the late fees on the line of credit, they called me at least three times a day at home and once at work (per day) which got me in trouble with my boss. To top it all off when the line of credit is in the positive, they now charge $10 to automatically transfer money from the line of credit into the checking, something that they didn't do before the Wachovia merger, which is where I think all these fees are going anyway, as the merger costs were somewhere near $10 billion. At the first opportunity I'm bailing on this bank, since the financial crash they have been nothing but useless. For some reason I can't fathom, it takes three days for a transfer (payment) to go from the checking to the line of credit, but the reverse (line of credit to checking) is instantaneous. This is probably because they have a strict payment schedule (the 1st day of the month) and if you post your payment on the 31st, it's in "limbo" until the second, hence, they can ding you with a $39 late fee. It's getting ridiculous and I think it's only gong to get worse.
