Queen nail & Spa

Hello, I am not sure who to direct this complaint to. I had a

manicure from Queen Nail and Spa on Route 6 in Mahopac, NY. I

explained to the manicurist that the glue she was using to fix a nail

was not going to hold. She assured me it would hold. Less than 24

hours later the nail had cracked through the glue. I went back to the

place and was tod they would not fix it unless I paid to have it

fixed. This is not the first time this has happened and I would like

for this complaint to be followed up on.
