Net Zero is not high speed

I had order net zero for my internet service, i had more problems with this then any other internet service, for one thing you cant understand what the customer service is saying because they are not located in USA. Next they charge you for the whole month even though you cancelled your service. I called and they still had me signed up for service. Their high speed is not high speed at all.

I went with another service located here in USA and you get caller id and i pay a fraction of the cost that net zero charged me, dont go with net zero because it is not a good company and their customer service is not located her in USA, also, the company that i have now is located here in USA and I can understand everything they are telling me.
