Columbia Flooring

We purchased a new home approx 2 years ago that had Columbia flooring -

since that time the finish has came off - there is no easy way to clean and

keep the shine - I contacted the local representative who stated I have

moisture under the floor and not their fault - that I put too much water on the floor

when I mop them. I tried to explain to him I do not clean the floors with a

wet mop but he wouldn't listen - said I had a leak and if I wanted

another person from their office to come examine the floor they would charge me

$200.00.

I'm still trying to resolve this issue but one thing I do know is my

floors look awful - this is a new home and I am going to have to replace these

floors as they do not hold up.
