cheated out of rebate

we bought a truck and the deal was suppose to be 0% interest or $2500. rebate. when i looked at the contract neither was listed so i called them was told by jason booe and dave seadler too late too bad. he said we were given the choice of 3.9% or $2500. this is a lie! I was never given the choice between the 2 offers and now they wont give me the $2500. rebate.
