USPS - USPS - VERY POOR SERVICE

I am trying to track packages sent from South Africa and provided a supervisor at USPS International Accounts with the SAPO tracking numbers, as well as the vessel number and container number in which the parcels arrived, as well as the dates. Apparently USPS do not scan parcels arriving from South Africa and the response from USPS is "contact the damages dept and claim for it". They do not want to put ANY effort in even trying to assist.

Many of the items is irreplaceable such as wedding albums, wedding video's, doctorate thesis, sporting trofees, irreplacable gaming models, etc.

The NO CARE attitude of USPS WITH REGARDS TO THIS ISSUE is utterly DISAPPOINTING.

I cannot believe that this type of customer service could exist in a country such as the USA.

I HOPE that there is at least someone within the USPS (only one please) that still care and wish to assist.
