I gave him a couple of atleast if not more printouts from my chase accounts that i printed out for 6 months, 1-3 a week monthly, i did not show him the big one that i have showing manipulation of funds and actual date changes. I have so much evidence, this attorney was very honest with me and said he could not do the justice I needed. can you? i have signed on for a class action to start in a year but have been told i have enough evidence to go on my own. and since i alone have had over $1,200.00 reversals alone, and thats nothing that i need my own attorneys. i am on disability please read below the email he sent me. thank you for your time, jackie campbell -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- From: doug AT lambandlamb.com To: shy1smartgirl AT hotmail.com CC: karen AT lambandlamb.com Subject: Jackie Campbell vs. Chase Bank Date: Fri, 8 Jan 2010 11:48:14 -0500 Dear Ms. Campbell:
I write as a follow up to our telephone conversation of January 7, 2010. I have reviewed the materials you sent to me. It appears this is not a case within my field of expertise. I have recommended you contact the Kentucky Lawyer Referral Service at 583-1801 and ask for an attorney who handles consumer matters. You told me that you have joined a group that is in the process of referring you to a local attorney who could file a complaint to get your case started. In any event, I am unfamiliar with the deadlines that apply to cases such as this so it is important that you seek legal advice as soon as possible. I wish you the best of luck and I regret that I have been unable to help you.
