It is frustrating to be inconvenienced by someone else's mistake. I was double charged for an item and when I called there to have them credit my card they said I would have to return with my reciept. I was calling them within 1 hour of me making the purchase. I offered to give them the rec. # and time of purchase and they acknowledged that they could check the security camaras but they still would not credit the $5.00 item over the phone. I spend thousands of dollars there each year. This is not my first frustrating experience at Target, but it is my last!
