I am preparing a formal complaint to the Federal Reserve regarding BofA's fees assessments and notification, or lack of, of the fees assessed. Customer beware. When attempting to retreive balance information, seldom will you get accurate information thus misleading the customer. For a solid week I tried, unsuccesfully to speak to a customer rep. as well as access my acount online. I was put on hold for over 15 minutes. I seemed to get caught in a "loop" online. Eventually I DID get a customer rep. who informed me I had incurred 2 OD charges. I am confinced BofA trains their employees to talk in circles. One can NEVER get the same answer from any 2 employees. I was notified via mail over a full week AFTER the charges. When I called in to complain, I was told 9 more charges had been assessed. Based on information I had previously been provided, I found this hard to believe. That was the beginning of the month. I stil have not received notice of these charges. Although the drafts has occurred over a 2 week span of time, ALL charges were pulled from my account on ONE day, days after the charges occurred. I recvd a call from BofA "collection" wanting to work with me on the chartges. They offered to waive 75% of the charges-how kind! In speaking to them, I was told they had NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BANK. This is not the place for me to give specifics of the problem, that is for the Federal Reserve, but I thought others should know.

I can't put what litle money I have in a bank that is so incredibly fraudulent. This gives personal confirmation to all I have heard.
