BEWARE of the Bank of Tuscaloosa
|
Bank of Tuscaloosa 6800 Hwy 69 South Tuscaloosa, Al 35405 US www.bankoftuscaloosa.com Flipping is a common practice of Banks according to the F.D.I.C. IT IS ILLEGAL. "Flipping" is when the bank takes the largest check to clear so others will bounce. They will back up this check even when others have cleared in order to have multiple over-drafts. When I went to talk to them about it I was treated like scum of the earth. I intend on filing a civil complaint, If others have similar experiences with this bank and are interested in a class action, please contact me. B E W A R E ! Fortunately, there are new overdraft rules coming out soon that might (emphasis on might) help you in the future.
