Dear,sir/madam.

We have been appointed as a Distributer in Gaya Dist.of Tata Tele services (TTSL)in March 2005.We left this Business in Feb 2007.Due to there A/C Section. They use to bill one Hand set in @2345 and we have to sell in the market AT 1200.Differance Amount we have to claim with Company by saying subsidy clam but they never give.secoundly TTSL never provided A/c Statement in the last two working years. When we asked him for a/c reconsile.They called me Patna office more than 60 times. but they never finalsed our a/c always they give one excuse our Staff has left the job or yr A/c is showing Dr.some time with 5lac.some time 2.5lac.last month Mr.Nihar Mishra,mr Ashutosh jha,mr sujit Kumar told me that ur a/c has been satlled plz. come to patna office along with rubber stamp for Resignation. Last week we have given them Resignation, In front of Mr. Ajit Charan Total pending Claim are as follows primary claim-120230,Activation Claim-55750,other claim-54378 & SCM claim-93233.is the total dues in the company but They have only given us 93233 rcv.but still they are not given me final cheq.kindly help us in resolving this case.Waiting for three yrs.Plz.do the needful.

We have been called to Patna more than 60 times. It damage physical mental & monetary. In this month if they will not give our final chq ie:230358/we will move to civil as well as criminal court and ask for compensation because it is almost three yrs have been passed and they have also taken NOC & Resignation

Kindly Settle our full and final A/c ie: 230358 provided by TTSl.along with compensation.
