I never recieved and when I phoned on June 16th, I was told they had a "glitch" in their system. It would take another 2-3 weeks. Then again after not receiving, I was told, it would ship the following week...yet again, nothing. Today I phoned and asked the status and was told systems were down. Then later received an email stating another 3 weeks. There is something NOT RIGHT happening here. I called and cancelled my order with this company. The customer service manager just kept saying, look I can't control technology and nature. Nice business! BEWARE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY. The only positive experience from this was that they DID refund me. I ordered a set of wind chimes in the notes of Amazing Grace as a memorial gift to my friend that had just lost his mother. I was promised that my credit card would not be charged until the item was shipped. Not only did they charge my card the day I ordered it... when I tried to check my order, the web-site address reads that they are currently undergoing liquidation. I was told after the first week that the item I wanted was on back-order. I should have canceled as soon as I heard that. I hope this helps someone else not lose their money. I should have checked complaints.com before placing my order on Jun 24. Credit card was charged the full amount of $137 the same day but then...nothing. Told order would take 2-3 weeks. Called after 3 weeks...told same thing. Several emails ignored. Customer service non-existent. Machine says please wait for the next available, etc., but after ten minutes says nobody available, try again later. When I finally reached Tammy in their TWO person customer service department, the attitude was it was somehow MY problem this order was never fulfilled. This outfit is apparently nothing more than an order taking shell company, who places orders with manufacturers, charges a markup, and considers the job done. We have demanded our money back...and am involving our credit card issuing bank. Don't waste your time, unless you are looking for aggravation and disappointment. Truly a miserable outfit.
