Box 22202 Owings Mills, Ma 21117-1397 US Toyota Financial Services.Com Toyota financed an automobile for us in the summer of 2007, and we paid for it completely in early September,2007. Toyota has FAILED to deliver a title. We are in the process of selling that car, but can not complete the transaction without a valid title, which they have failed to deliver. We have been in daily contact with them for three weeks--so far, without results.
