i got charged for something i didnt authorized!

i got my credit card bill and saw this bill for $9.95 and its from cic credit monitoring. i dont check those credit monitoring services like that because i am new here, i have limited credit and i know that. i keep all my receipts to keep track of all my expenses. i am not paying for that, or if they let me i want my money back! show me proof that i authorized that transaction please..
