Java Studio Coffee Pot Kitchen Aid US My coffee pot failed before Christmas. This is a $100 coffee pot. I called the customer center today for an update on warranty service and recieved the news that a replacement pot had been delivered already and that they have to check with Fedex for confirmation. I did not recieve a replacement. Do you see where this is going? Their shipping issues are not my problem. I bought a $24.95 Wal-Mart pot to get by that is happily perking along. I figure I can go through four a year happily replaced at Wal-Mart with a smile. Gee, why do most people do that these days? I like the coffeemaker, but why does it take over a month to resolve a warranty issue on their "No Hassle Warranty" they proclaim to have?
