Home Depot owes me $250

I purchased over $10,000 in Home Depot Cabinets as well as a sink which qualified me for a $250 rebate. I mailed in all of the appropriate information now 3 times. Have faxed all of the information 4 times and now have talked to the customer service 4 times and they still state that they have not recieved my rebate. Thier explanation is that they changed rebate processing companies and to try back with them in a month or so as they are back logged with rebate requests. It has now been 4 months since starting this process and there has been no resolution in sight. I have also called the Home Depot store and they said that they can not get an answer from the rebate processing company because thier records are not up to date because of the change in the processing company. Please help with suggestions as they owe me $250 and I have nowhere to go that I can find.
