tollywood pack activation

i am reliance prepaid mobile user with no. 9396329648. My complaint is that tollywood pack is getting activated on my mobile with out my knowledge every time and the balance is going in negetive. I recharge with rs. 10/- to give missed calls and i don't need extra balance. but due to this tollywood pack is getting activated on my mobile without my knowledge, i had to complaint to customer care every time and this time they not responded properly and my balance also was not refunded. I hope the concerned authourities to take nessory action in this regards. thankyou.
