Hydroxatone

In Spetmeber of 2008, I responded to a radio add for a free trial of Hydroxatone eye cream. The product arrived on September 12, 2008 with a bill for $140. The product can be returned within 30 days without a payment due. I used the product once, it was extrememly oily and gross. I returned the product on Spetember 30, 2008 (within the 30 day return window) with the original papaerwork. The company waited until December 2008 (THREE MONTHS after the return of the product) to send me a bill stating that I was past due and owed $140.00. When I contacted the company there was no representative and I was directed to a voicemail. I received a call back and the representative informaed me that he would take care of the problem. One month later, I again received a bill for $140. Upon contacting the compoany AGAIN they claimed that "You are canceled from the program but the reason why u have been billed is because we have not received your return. In order for us to delete the account of a collections status you would have too pay the balance or send me the delivery confirmation number that you received at the post office."

Conveneint that the company waits THREE months from the return of the product to claim that they need a post office receipt and confirmation number OR $140. THIS COMPANY IS RUNNING A SCAM DO NOT GET SUCKERED!
