HARASSMENT BY ICICI BANK

IN I HAVE WITHDRAWN RS 9000 FROM SBP ATM,THANESAR BRANCH,KURUKSHETRA,HARYANA ON 27TH OCT 2008,BUT SOMEHOW THE TRANSACTION IS FAILED & I DIDNT GET THE MONEY,AFTER 2-3 MINUTES I GOT AMESSAGE FROM ICICI BANK THAT MY ACCOUNT IS DEBITED WITH RS 9000.I HAVE CALLED CUSTOMER CARE AND REGISTER A COMPLAINT REGARDING MY 9000 RS(COMPLAINT NO. IS SR84085409),THEN THEY HAVE GIVEN ME 10 DAYS TIME AND AFTER 10 DAYS ANOTHER 45 DAYS,AND NOW 3 MONTHS HAVE PASSED,I DIDNT GET ANY STATUS OF MY REQUEST,EVERYTIME I HAVE CONTACTED WITH BANK AND CUSTOMER CARE THEY SAID OUR SENIOR MANAGER WILL CALL YOU WITHIN 1-2 DAYS BUT I DIDNT GET ANY CALL,I HAVE ALSO CONTACTED SBP BRANCH MANAGER KURUKSHETRA,HE SAID WE DIDNT GET ANY REQUEST FROM ICICI BANK,WHEN WE GET ANY REQUEST FROM ICICI WE WILL SEND A CHEQUE.PLEASE DO SOMETHING IN THIS MATTER.MY ACCOUNT NO.
