beaware of transmission citi

i found this company on better business bureau's web site as accrediated company i called brian to get my honda passport transmission rebuild he quoted me 1297.00 including lab our tax towing and parts i sent the for repairs . got call from the shop that it will be more than 2500.00 i called brian he said he can't do my car in 1297.00 has no control over the shop. i told him not to work on my car and return my car, he asked for 500.00 dollars if i want my car back i was very upset called him and he was not helping me out had to pay to get my car back and there was no work performed on the car. i was ripped off and this is a scam please be away from this company. i called better business bureau to complaint but no help at all.

i also got a quote for 1297.44 brian then called me back saying that there was hard part damage and that it would cost 2475.44

after they took my car.then i read underneath that it would cost 690.00 just to get my car back.hidden fee!i would not have let him take the car if i knew about that fee.and no brian did not go over any contracts or agreements.every thing was done after taking the car.and there web site even says 897.00 B.S

it is untrue that the car had some seriour issues because steve from J&S transmission called me and said he is not able to do the transmission work in 1297 dollars as brian had already quoted me he said brian quoted me a wrong amount it will cost more than 2400 dollars. i drove the car from the repair facility to other transmission shops it was confirmed that there is a transmission problem only.and other issue was the paper work sent to was diffrent than the papper work sent to the shop.steve the shop owner showed me the papers.
