As a retirement gift my school gave me a 12 month subscription to the bouquet of the month club. About half the bouquets actually looked like the pictures. The other half had substitute flowers, almost always roses. This month for the second time instead of the pictured bouquet I received a bunch of roses. Unfortunately, when they arrived they were already drooping and by the next day, it was obvious they would stay drooped and never open. When I contacted the company for replacement flowers(their website guarantees satisfaction) they responded that their politics (their word in the email) allows them only to work with the purchaser. It's only 3 days since the delivery and they are welcome to pick up the flowers, but since I don't want to upset the gift giver by telling them of the problem, there will be no replacement.
