Wells Fargo Credit Card Services/Bank
|
US Sirs, Recently I had a very bad experience involving my relationship with Wells Fargo Bank. I have been a customer for over 10 years. I am a resident of Washington where my account resides. On Janauary 12th their legal department emptied my entire bank account of its funds, to give to the State of California for a disputed sales tax issue of over 5 years ongoing. They gave away these funds without a court order. They then overdrafted the account via my Wells Fargo Visa Account this amount again. This would have gone on and on till my credit limit on the Visa Account was reached. I was informed that I have no method of dispute on this issue, and that I have no recourse. What gives a bank the right to take your money, give it to another party, overdraft your account, and offer no recourse. Short of a attorney what can you do?
