Urgent: Complaint on electrolux washing machine from last 6 months --- customer service is very worst

We have purchased Electrolux washing machine last year few months after purchase the machine started giving problems.

Drain and wash button was not functioning properly, the machine started running slowly, spin machine starting problem. When ever we give any complaint the service person comes writes down all the problems and will say will come back and resolve the problem and will never come back. This way every time the service person comes and test have made almost all the parts broken like the wash and drain button broke and he sticked it with feviquick, broke the lid of wash tub etc.

We appreciate if appropriate measures are taken to resolve the issue. We believe in your products so we have almost most of our home products of Electrolux. But the service seems to be very worst. If you all cannot provide service please stop any more development of products and please stop fooling people.

It’s very harsh to digest the words, but you all can imagine how frustrated we are with your service.
