H&R Block-Crooks

My wife and I tried to file our taxes using the H&R Block online service TaxCut. We had used the service free service last year and because the information was readily available to upload we decided to pay for the Basic E-file for $14.95. Unfortunately, the information from our taxes last year was supposed to be uploaded into our taxes for this year, but that didn't happen. My wife called the customer support and we were told to simply continue our filing and then when we were done we would have the option to either pay or not. When we attempted to file the program only gave us the option to pay the $14.95 even though no service was provided at all. I contacted the customer support naively thinking that it would be no problem for them to fix it, but they were completely unable to do anything and basically told me I would either have to refile my taxes in their entirety using their free option or pay the $14.95. Now they have wasted my time, lied to me and provided absolutely no service to me whatsoever. DO NOT USE H&R Block. As I see it, they are crooks.
