FITNESS BLOWOUT ARE CROOKS!

I ordered a bike for $865 on Dec. 7, 2008 and was told it would be here in 7-10 days. I contacted Sales Rep, Brad Keyes, on Dec. 23rd and he said it had already shipped and was late because of the holidays. He promised to credit me $60 for my patience. I emailed him and called back several time between Jan 3-5 because I still had not recieved it. On Jan. 13th, I spoke with Kevin and Sandra, and they said they'd credit me $100 and send an upgraded model to be delivered in 3 days. I asked for my money back, but they said I'd have to pay a penalty of $185. I called on Jan. 22-23rd and spoke with Augustine, who said it was never shipped! No refunds either or course. I demanded my money back, but he still would not do it without me paying $185 penalty. I yelled, and demanded to speak with the owner, but he said there was no one I could talk to. I said he'd ship it out and send me a tracking number and verification of my refund, which he did. OK - I finally recieved the bike on Jan. 27. It was not what was advertised. When I looke it up online, I could have purchase it anywhere for $597!!! I demanded a refund of the difference or to send back for a full refund. He of course said I'd have to pay a penalty. I have reported this to my credit card company and now see many complaints online from consumers who were robbed by this company. I will contact everyone I know to get the word out.
