Ski pants justgear.com internet US justgear.com I ordered ski pants on Friday morning January 16 at 10am for a ski trip I was to leave for on Friday afternoon 5 business days later (7 calendar days). The product was listed as "in stock". I paid for overnight shipping FEDEX $14.00 extra and received an order confirmation immediatley. On Wednesday Januart 21 I started getting nervous and sent an email to customer service asking for a shipping status. I received no response. I looked for a customer service phone number on the website and even googled the company. There is no phone number for consumers to call. On Friday morning I sent another email asking justgear.com to cancel the order because I hadn't receieved the ski pants in time for my trip. I never received a response. On Monday January 26 AFTER my trip I received a notification from the post office that my order had shipped standard delivery. On Tuesday January 27 I receved my order in the regular mail!!! Seven business days after I paid for overnight shipping. justgear.com has not responded to any of my emails and I am sure if I return the pants I will not receive credit to my CC. BUYERS- STAY AWAY FROM JUSTGEAR.COM !!!!!!! SKIERS- PASS THE WORD !!!!!!
